The Master of Arts (MA) program in educational leadership and administration is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to assume leadership positions in higher education. Participants develop the knowledge and competence necessary to lead effectively within an equitable framework through a series of collaborative learning sessions embedded within a cohort-based methodology. The curriculum promotes personal development and professional performance by bridging the gap between the classroom and the workplace. The main purpose is to address and eliminate marginalization based on factors such as ethnicity, aptitude, socioeconomic status, language, gender, sexual identity, and religion. This program’s target audience includes leaders, trainers, educators, and other professionals from the public, private, and non-profit (volunteer) sectors.
